The Architectural Modification Standards Guidelines lays out expectations for exterior projects for which an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request may be necessary. This document became effective June 1, 2026. The Fence Example & Approved Stain Colors is part of the original CC&Rs. The Behr Paint Color Book is the updated paint palette effective July 1, 2026.
